We offer a variety of face to face and telehealth appointments some of which require a more comprehensive appointment with your GP, this may take longer than a standard consultation. To ensure we minimise delays and keep appointments running to time, if you have multiple issues to discuss or require a cervical screening test, please discuss with our reception staff, so they can allow adequate time for your visit.
The following apply to appointments scheduled:
- All scripts and referrals require an appointment either in person or via telehealth.
- To be eligible for a medicare rebate for a Telehealth consultation (phone or video based) you need to have had a face to face consultation in the practice within the last 12 months.
- All forms require an appointment and cannot be left for the doctor to complete. If you require the completion of paperwork and/or forms, please notify reception on booking an appointment to discuss any fees and to ensure sufficient time is booked. This is to ensure timely and accurate completion of your paperwork. Some forms are NOT subsiIdised by Medicare and would incur a private fee.
- Home Visits for a regular patient may be available in cases of incapacitating illness.
If in distress our friendly reception staff can arrange some privacy whilst you wait to see the doctor.
If you have questions regarding fees please contact our friendly reception staff on 02 9520 2382.
